4 WAYS TO MARKET YOUR LISTINGS 

To get  listing out into the world so that potential buyers can find it. Here are 4 ways to get more eyes on your listings. You’re probably using some of these mediums to market your listings already but take this as an opportunity to add a new tactic to your toolbox!

  • Write a blog post to capture people searching in your area and take advantage of SEO. Thousands of people are searching every day for “homes for sale in [city],” and a blog post is your way to make sure those You can write a great listing with beautiful listing photos, but if you can’t get people to look at that listing, it won’t help you sell the property! That’s why it’s so important to make sure you’re doing all that you can people see your listing. Just make sure the blog post isn’t just a copy-and-paste of the listing itself, because search engines don’t reward duplicate content.
  • Use social media to reach locals. Using location-based tagging on Instagram and Facebook can make it easier to connect with potential buyers in your area. Do a little research to figure out what hashtags will help your posts reach the right demographic in the right area.
  • Create a video to really show off what makes a home special. A video tour can give potential buyers a more comprehensive idea of what a house looks like beyond what listing photos can provide. Plus, they’re a chance to show off some personality!
  • Build and maintain a website. Your site can be a hub of information that serves many purposes, including advertising your listings but also introducing yourself to visitors, getting sign-ups for your email list, and showing off customer testimonials, among other things.

 

It’s important to have a great listing, but without a way to direct people to that listing, no one will see all the work you put into the beautiful photos and carefully crafted descriptions. Make sure you’re giving your listings a fighting chance by sending them as much traffic as you can!
